TEXTBOOKS

State-approved textbooks are provided free of charge for each subject or class; a student is required to use these books carefully. Books must be covered by the student as directed by the teacher. Any student failing to return a book issued by the school shall lose the right to have free textbooks assigned until the book is returned or paid for by the parent or guardian. A student shall be given textbooks for use at school during the day.
