Salad style	Dressing	Salad ingredients
Provencale Salad	Crushed clove garlic, 5 parts olive oil, 1 part white wine vinegar salt & pepper, half tspn mustard.	Sliced mixed peppers, red onion rings, cherry tomatoes, parsley, young spinach leaves.
Roma Salad	1 part balsamic vinegar, 3 parts olive oil, paprika, salt & pepper, half tspn of tomato paste.	Small pasta shells, black and green olives, red & yellow peppers, chopped watercress, finely diced anchovies, grated parmesan cheese
Cos salad	Juice of half a lemon, 3 parts olive oil, salt & pepper.	Mint leaves, cubes of feta cheese, chopped cos lettuce, chopped radiccio, cherry tomatoes, chopped spring onions, black olives.
S.E. London salad	Heinz® Salad Cream	2 leaves of lettuce & one tomato between two slices of bread.
