Birthday girl

Rather a long drive to Seattle on the day of Aussie Lisa's birthday, the only trek birthday of the trip. We celebrated with way too much pizza and birthday cake. Later, some of us took a trip up to the Space Needle, though quite expensive, the views were stunning and was a must for any Frasier fan!

River wild

Nervous excitement reigned as we looked forward to a whitewater rafting trip - a first for many. Looking very fetching in our black wetsuits and old jumpers, some of us felt the need to ease our bladders before setting off on the water but were then seriously put off by possibly the worst drop-toilet of the whole trip! However, the rafting was excellent fun and some even chose to go back for more.
