DAY 13 : 24 MAY 2001
• Panama Beach, USA

Swimming with dolphins

For some of us, this was one of the most spectacular days of the trip. It was our chance to act out our James Bond fantasies and go jet-skiing, aka waverunning. Completely exhilarating and made even more special by the appearance of wild dolphins, shutting off our engines, many of us could not resist this rare opportunity to dive in and swim alongside them - truly magical.

plenty of beauties here ...we mean dolphins of course! DAY 14 : 25 MAY 2001
• New Orleans, USA

Getting our beads!

We were all very excited to get to New Orleans, though this might have been something to do with it being our first hotel stop as well as it being an exciting city! Our accommodation at the French Quarter Suites certainly did not disappoint!

That night, we got our glad rags on and headed to legendary Bourbon Street where a party atmosphere prevailed and girls - and guys - were encouraged to flash certain parts of their anatomies in exchange for gaudy strings of beads. It was a New Orleans tradition that some of us felt had to be upheld!
