If you've read through the International Industrial Report, August 1994, IIR Index Page and still can't accept the named entities are guilty of all these outright thieveries and other atrocities, or that such things are not rampant in this best of all businesses: then view these sites and talk to these people! That includes all distributed and independent record labels, music publishers, signed and unsigned songwriters and artists, recording studios, producers, managers, websites, and everybody else connected with HONEST music and entertainment, and those who have been shafted by any of the other con-games and scams in it!
As those of you who have received mail from me already know, ASCAP, BMI and SESAC refer to me as "That Damned Akurian" for blowing their scams sky high and displaying their damned lies and thieveries all over the landscape. And to prove that each and every word in the IIR report, which is this WebSite, is true: take a look at ASCAP's mailing label, Postmarked October 21st, 1996: That Damned Akurian and see for yourself. I scanned it in Black and White to save memory and loading time - untouched, right off the envelope - and it's still 90K, so give it time to load. Can you imagine what kind of raw nerve I must have struck for the Kaks at ASCAP to let documentation like this get out of the office? I've heard of having a Defecation Hemorrhage before, but this is a Master Piece!
For the record - everybody listed here may not share my unalterable view of the liars and thieves at ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and other Music Industry venues - so don't hold my personal experiences and views against these very talented and worthy people.
This Site will be kept wide open to all - as long as the content is TRUTH! If you have any problem with anyone listed here - let me know, and I'll try to resolve it.
Tried every free and commercial Guestbook on the net - either they took a week to load if they loaded at all, or required two engineering degrees that I damned well am not going to put my life on hold for the next five years to get. Anybody who finds a Guestbook - free or paid - that doesn't suck more than a queer's convention, I'd like to be informed of it. Until then, my return email below still works.
