As a Citizen of these United States, I appeal to you in your capacity as an Officer of the United States Congress, to institute and immediate and thorough official investigation into the activities of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), Broadcast Music, Incorporated (BMI) and SESAC with respect to:
(a) ASCAP's, BMI's and SESAC's mutually invalid and biased Public Performance monitoring of broadcasts of recorded music on behalf of member authors, composers and music publishers;
(b) ASCAP's, BMI's and SESAC's payment of royalty(ies) earnings to only a very select few (clique) members in any sizable amounts and payment of royalty(ies) earnings in much smaller amounts to their equally select "pittance" cliques and their total non-payment to all other members of "whom they do not approve";
(c) ASCAP's, BMI's and SESAC's pattern of perpetually "losing" membership applications and material works clearances except of those in either their "pay" or "pittance" cliques;
(d) The blatant open collusion between the Judges, Justices, Clerks, Marshals and personnel of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York and, specifically but not limited to: ASCAP;
(e) Any and all monetary, or other, embursement and/or benefits accorded with respect to section (d), above: TO WIT: the selection of retired Justices to serve on the legal review boards of ASCAP, and other such open conspiracies and collusions; and
(f) Any and all connections between ASCAP, BMI and/or SESAC with organized crime under the provisions of the RICO Statutes;
(g) Their public defamation as "anti-semetic" of anyone who even attempts to call them into account: TO WIT: General Bobby Farrell, RE: Dennis D. Sowell vs ASCAP and Marliyn Bergman - Docket case & file number 421997-S2075 - Bell County, Precinct 2, Texas, the Honorable Bill Cooke, presiding, April 28th, 1997; in an effort to intimidate and defame the defendant and associate(s) thereof and inflame the court. This is not a matter of Free Speech as guaranteed in Article One, Constitution of the United States; it is a common practice of blackmail to enforce their extortions and thus far with the absolute support of said United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
