Dear Editor,
Recently, as I browsed the most recent edition of the UCC, I was shocked
to find a picture with a caption indicating it was of me and my Saint John
friends. I knew immediately that this was an error: The people
in the picture are no longer my friends, so the caption under the
picture is wrong. Also, you may be unaware of the recent decision
in the United States that the Dixie flag is considered racist, but since
then I would never use that flag as a curtain as indicated in the
picture! I now use the State of Alabama (smartest place on
earth) flag as a curtain in that particular window, with the flags of Texas,
Mississippi, Arkansas and Georgia to cover the
remainder
of my windows. If you could simply print a retraction, I would really
appreciate it.
