Chapter 1, Magneto: Dark Seduction LS 1 -
The Masada Maneuver
On the island nation of Genosha, where Magneto was given sovereignty, the decade-long civil war continues. Magneto's son and former Avenger Quicksilver, now a cabinet member of Magneto's government, confronts the Genoshan army, who are trying to liberate the area of the island called Carrion Cove. While looking for Magneto, Quicksilver finds the evil Fabian Cortez, a former Acolyte. After a brief altercation, Quicksilver runs to renedouz with the other cabinet members: Jenny Ransome, Philip Moreau, and Pipeline. The four try to fix a power generator, but are interrupted by Magneto himself and Polaris, the former X-Man and member of X-Factor, who is now Magneto's pupil. Meanwhile, across the world, Dr. Alda Huxley, Magneto's liason to the United Nations, is confronted by her superiors, including Magneto's former friend, Gabrielle Haller. They tell her that the UN is sending someone else in see that the UN's wishes are carried out. Back in Genosha, Quicksilver confronts his former teammate Polaris about siding with Magneto. They both agree that to stop Magneto may mean putting themselves at his side. Scanner, Cargill, and Amelia Voght, three former Acolytes, research the rebellious Carrion Cove, only to find that perhaps, they have a have help in fighting off the army. Voght confronts Major Borke, ruler of Carrion Cove, but finds herself confronted by former teammates, the remaining members of the Acolytes. The Acolytes fight off the cabinet members, but Amelia herself ends Quicksilver's run, claiming that Magneto can not be allowed to retake Carrion Cove. Meanwhile, Dr. Huxley returns, with the UN advisor, Magneto's daughter, the Avenger called the Scarlet Witch!

Chapter 2, Magneto: Dark Seduction LS 2 -
Rotten Apples
Magneto, Polaris, and Dr. Huxley take the Scarlet Witch on a tour of the war-torn island, while the Witch's brother, Quicksilver finds himself learning just how dangerous a game he's playing at. The former Acolytes continue the attack on the cabinet members, while Fabian Cortez, in the capital city, plots against Magneto, conspiring with the UN advisors back in New York. In the fields, the Scarlet Witch talks to the citizens of Genosha, learning that Magneto has in fact improved day-to-day life. Back in Carrion Cove, Quicksilver confronts the other cabinet members with the information that Magneto can not be allowed to take over the Cove. And in New York, the council decides to take action to stop Magneto, sending in the Scarlet Witch's teammates, the mighty Avengers!

Chapter 3, Magneto: Dark Seduction LS 3 -
Something Worth Fighing For
The Avengers, just arrived in Genosha, tackle the council members and Genosha army. Hoping to end the fighting, Pipeline, who had kidnapped Quicksilver, releashes him, to show Pietro his former teammates attacking his current allies. Quicksilver tries to stop the fighting, but Magneto and Polaris arrive, ending the conflict with force. Meanwhile, the Scarlet Witch and Dr. Huxley square off on the current situation of Genosha. In the process, Dr. Huxley realizes whose behind the Avengers coming to Genosha and the return of the missing Acolytes: none other than Fabian Cortez. Back on the battlefield, the Avengers turn their attention on Magneto, while Quicksilver and Voght try to end the madness from inside. Racing to Carrion Cove, Quicksilver is stopped by Cargill, but the Scarlet Witch interferes, allowing her brother to pass. Back at the capital, Dr. Huxley arrests Cortez on the ground of treason, while Magneto literally dumps a building on the Avengers. He then enters Carrion Cove, finding his two children, and before they realize he's there, he takes them down. Magneto readies himself, for Carrion Cove holds the machinary capable of granting him the full use of his powers once again. Nothing stands in his way, except for his former pupil, Polaris!

Chapter 4, Magneto: Dark Seducton LS 4 -
By Right of Force
Polaris stands off against Magneto trying to prevent him from using the secrets of Carrion Cove to give him access to all his power. However, Magneto is too much for Polaris, who is only now beginning to understand her true potential. Meanwhile, the Avengers help the trapped and injured, while still trying to pick up the pieces from their battle with Magneto. The cabinet members hope that they have done what was needed, but worry that perhaps, they have made the wrong decision. At the Cove, the Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, and Polaris try to end Magneto's healing, but its too late. Magneto's powers are completely invigorated. And with his first act of force, Magneto rips the traitorous Fabian Cortez from his holding cell and literally flings him across the island, ending his life. He then attacks the Avengers, but chooses not to kill them, but instead, forces them to leave Genosha. The Avengers, along with the Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, and Polaris leave Magneto behind, hoping that some day, they will return. However, Quicksilver and Polaris quickly return to Genosha, knowing they have to stop Magneto before its too late.
