DS9 period B   Year 1   Benjamin Sisko becomes commander of DS9
DS9 period C   Year 2   Sisko's first encounter with the Jem'Hadar of the Dominion.
DS9 period D   Year 3   The Dominion infiltrates the Federation.

DS9 period E   Year 4   Worf is transferred to DS9 to advise on Klingon affairs.
DS9 period F   Year 5   Cardassia allies with the Dominion and attacks the Federation.
DS9 period G   Year 6   War with the Dominion; Jadzia marries Worf; is killed by Dukat.
DS9 period H   Year 7   Dax gets a new host; The war is won; Sisko joins the Prophets.

Deep Space Nine period F Year Five: Odo exposes a Klingon general as a Changeling. Kira gives birth to Keiko's baby. The crew time travels to save the life of Capt. James Kirk. Cardassia allies with the Dominion. Bashir's DNA resequencing is discovered. The Dominion declares war on the Federation.
