at the same hospital where Rena is hospitalized, and disappears |

- Conan meets a nurse that worked at the same Hospital that
Eisuke
had undergone an operation in Tokyo before his mother died. Conan finds
out that the disease he
was suffering from was leukemia.
- Rena wakes up from her coma, while everybody is busy trying to find out
who the black organization member is.
- Conan finds out that the organization member is Kusuda
Rikumichi.

- Akai Shuuichi tries to follow Kusuda
Rikumichi, but he commits a suicide
as he was escaping with his car.
- Conan finds out that Miyano
Akemi is Akai's girlfriend. Jodie & James tell him that Akai has
managed to slip inside the organization for 3 years, but they discovered
that he was an FBI agent because of a mistake from FBI side.
- At the mean
time, Eisuke finally is able to get to Rena. Before he is able to kill
her, she wakes up and stops him!
- FBI increase their men in the hospital in order to confront the
black organization. There was an agent called Andre Camel
among them.

- The Black Organization causes 3 accidents around the hospital and the
victims come in large to the hospital.
- The Black Organization starts sending gifts containing bombs
using delivery service to people inside the hospital.

499 |
- While FBI were busy collecting the bombs, Mizunashi Rena
suddenly appear on TV, so FBI agents gather into Mizunashi Rena
room.
- It turned out that Mizunashi Rena which has appeared on TV was
fake, and the bombs had transmitting device in them, which enables
the Black Organization know the movements of FBI.
- With the location of Mizunashi Rena being revealed, the FBI
decide to take Mizunashi Rena out.
- In order to confuse the men in black, the FBI use 3 cars as a
decoy. The car which carries Rena is the car which car which is
driven by Camel Andre.
- Jodie has doubts about Camel, and tries to stop him, but he
gives her a good punch!
- Gin figures out which car carries Mizunashi Rena.

The Black Organization is able to capture Mizunashi Rena again. Conan
and Akai seemed be happy about that. |

V58-7 |
Conan and Akai explains to Jodie and James why they have let Rena go
back to the organization. It turned out that Conan knew that Rena
regained her consciousness, and he knew that Eisuke was hiding in one of
his classmates rooms. Conan and Akai lured Eisuke into Rena's room in
order to make her wake up. Eisuke was going to kill Rena because he
thought she was not his sister, but Conan explains to him that she is
really his sister. The operation that Eisuke had undergone for his
leukemia was to do marrow transplant. Since the donator was his sister
which has the blood type AB, his blood type has changed from O into AB.
Furthermore, it turned out that it was Hondo Ethan who killed himself
and made it looks like his daughter killed him in order to protect her
from the organization. |

Gin and the boss of Black Organization ask Mizunashi Rena to kill Akai
Shuuichi in order to gain their trust. Rena shoots Akai onto his lung
and then onto his head. She leaves the crime scene after planting a bomb
next to his head. |

Later they announce on the news that the body was burned completely
except the right hand. Jodie made the police compare between the
fingerprints of the body and fingerprints on Conan's cell phone which
Akai had touched before. They found out that the fingerprints are the
same. |
