343 Jodie-sensei resigns and leaves Ran's high school. Ran and Sonoko decides to have a little farewell party for Jodie-sensei in her apartment
344 Ran discovers the photos which Jodie has been hiding behind the mirror in the bathroom on Episodes 277-278. When Ran sees Conan's photo, she starts to get worry.

  • Conan receives an invitation letter for Halloween Party from Vermouth, the Black Organization member.
  • The name "Kudo Shinichi" was written on the envelope, but inside the letter, the name "Edogawa Conan" was used!
  • Conan figures out that Vermouth is trying to separate him from Haibara, so that she can capture her easily.
  • Conan disguised himself as Haibara so that Vermouth catch him and takes him to the organization.
  • It turned out that Vermouth has been disguising herself as Dr Araide.
  • Dr Araide (Vermouth) comes to Agasa's house to pick up Haibara under the excuse that he (she) would take Haibara to a good doctor to examine her.
  • Jodie-sensei comes first and picks up Haibara.
  • Jodie-sensei and Akai Shuichi turned out to be FBI agents who came to Japan searching for Vermouth.
  • Jodie and Vermouth confront each other.
  • Haibara follows Conan using the same tracking device she used on episode 311, in order to rescue him.
  • Ran was worried about Conan because she saw his photo on episode 344, so she followed Jodie and hid out in her car.
  • Vermouth was about to kill Haibara, but Ran came to rescue her.
  • At the end of the episode, it was revealed that Vermouth was the same guy with silver hair from episode 288.
