Mrs. Hetty Bayliss~ Of Norfolk, witnessed the flying Ford Anglica that Harry and Ron use to get to Hogwarts in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
Frank Bryce~ Caretaker of the Riddle House, Frank was killed by Voldemort using the Avada Kedavra curse. Frank was originally the only suspect of the "Riddle murders" but was cleared on all charges when it was discovered the Riddles were all perfectly healthy apart from being dead. Many of the residents of Little Hangleton still believed until his death that he was responsible for the murders. Frank was a veteran of "the war", surely referencing WWII and had a very stiff leg and a great dislike of crowds and loud noises after returning from the war. He lived alone in a run-down cottage on the grounds of the Riddle House and was 76 years old when he died.

Tom Riddle Sr.~ Tom was a very attractive young man that Merope Gaunt fell in love with. She concocted a love potion and caused Tom to fall in love with her, long enough to become pregnant with his child. She thought that by that point he would truly love her, so she released the spell binding him, at which time he left her pregnant and penniless. Tom was considered by the other residents of Little Hangleton to be rude, snobbish and very wealthy. Before being bewitched by Merope, he dated a woman named Cecilia. Merope's brother Morfin cursed him with hives before he married Merope. Tom was murdered by his son, Tom Marvolo Riddle using the Avada Kedavra curse.
