Coming up in February of 2000, Moon will perform another mass marriage spectacle to coincide with his 80th Birthday. For Moon's 80th Birthday he is receiving a new Mercedes, a new BMW, a Palace in Korea, and a fully customized Jet Airplane from Japan. Moon has imported 400 Japanese women to America to stand on street corners, holding up signs reading: Looking For Love? and then grabbing prospective single men by the arms, and marching them to Moonie headquarters to sign up for the marriage, and be matched to a stranger. December 10th 2000 "The Edge with Paula Zahn" did a story on Moon's suspicious operations in Brazil. Moon is building what his followers are calling "The Garden Of Eden" in Mato Grosso do Sul in Brazil. This is an isolated region of South America and recalls past tragedies like that of Jonestown, also an agricultural experiment in an isolated region of South America. Is another Jonestown possible? Publicly, the UC proclaimed that they were purchasing land in the important Pantanal region of Brazil to help save and protect the environment there, but in a private speech to members, the director of the Moonie project admitted that even the members themselves only knew 10% at best of Moon's plans for the area. He revealed that they planned to create "Many industrial factories to create steel and machines" in a place they claimed to the public they would protect! Heavenly Deception continues as always, in the Unification Church. There are links in the article, to the speeches where they made both claims and also to a real environmental project by a joint German/Brazilian team of scientists working to preserve the area. Their study shows that the very worst threats to that region, amazingly, are the very same things that Moon plans for the region. Some concerned parents of Moonies have already written their Congressmen and State Representatives about Moon's project, and others may want to contact all the Environmental groups and alert them to Sun Myung Moon's plans!
