Also, please take note of the 9/11 rescue responders health problems and related deaths reports.

On September 11, 2001,victims of a terrorist attack on America emerged to freedom from a stairwell of the then World Trade Center Towers. However few escaped to freedom compared to the thousands who died in New York, at the Pentagon and in Pennsylvania that day.
May God Bless them one and all; the loved ones lost and their survivors now left to grieve them and join all citizens in the beginning of a new era.

New York City, New York, USA is well thought of as a boiling pot of diversity groups (and on the rise with respect to the rest of the United states) from those being born and raised there of various cultures to those individuals relocating to New York, employing and employed, schools, colleges, faiths, and life styles, which all relate directly to our youth of diversity in one way or another. Therefore it is not difficult to understand how the events on September 11, 2001 in New York City, The Pentagon and in the state of Pennsylvania affected our diversified nation of peoples   Our losses were great and truly a historical event in the life of our country not just because we were attacked on our own soil but because of how it impacted the lives of every human being living in the United States of America and around the globe.

Initially, I decide not to post the slideshow of the events of September 11, 2001 because my website is youth centered.  However, I have now posted the slideshow because of its archival value and poignant depiction of an all inclusive representation of loss by and of people of diversity. I believe the interesting notation here is the way in which people approached the situation with such dedication and patriotism; supporting each and all from the very time of assault to the new beginnings and rebuilding of life thru the devastation, loss, and grief associated with such a reckless
and unnecessary tragedy.

We must acknowledge and always remember the loss of our loved ones; representatives of all groups who poured their heart and soul in to helping one another during this great time of need.  Of post 9/11, we must acknowledge their sacrifices and working together attitudes which set the standard and example for diversity understanding and tolerance people of the United States need to live and educate our youth to daily and for all time

Exposure to toxic elements at the WTC after 9/11
is reported to cause rescue responders serious illness and death.

The good people of America who gave of themselves as rescue responders on and after 9/11 are now living quite different lives with ill health as studies have shown to be directly related to the toxic conditions at ground zero. Of  course this  effects family and includes their/our kids.  Another special diverse group has been created.  The question that comes to mind is how will health problems from the the toxic air effect today's kids quality of living and the health of future generations not to mention the more immediate and critical need for medical care for rescue responders of 9/11.
