Powers of the Psyche
The Power to see into the past or the future is considered a great gift. It is triggered by touching an object - something relevant to the past or future incident. Originally, this Power gave Phoebe visions of things to come but it grew, allowing her to see into the past.
Phoebe has learned to call her Power, giving herself a Premonition at times, and it even grew so that she was almost 'Astral Projected' into her future self, seeing and feeling an event in her Vision.
Since becoming a Witch, Phoebe always wanted an Active Power and loved the idea of flying so could not believe her luck when she gained this second, Active Power.
It was triggered through shock when a Demon attacked and she floated above it. At first she could not Levitate when she wanted but is now able to summon her Psychic energy to Levitate with full control. It is the perfect partner for her Martial Arts abilities.
The ability to feel other peoples' emotions is Phoebe's newest Power.
To begin with, she could not fully control it, and it often controlled her, making her act upon thoughts she is feeling from other people.
This Power of Empathy allows Phoebe to tap into and Channel others' Powers as well as emotions.
