Microsoft Trojan?

Check these screenshots out from my computer!

I underlined the part where it shows it's a trojan. Rat trojan... hmm. Oh and I clicked on the hyperlink IP address which brings me to a tracing applet on Symantec. Here's a small snippet of the results:

So, why exactly would Microsoft send me a trojan? I don't know, maybe they send trojans out every so often to try and get information about your computer, or to check what percentage of computers are not patched and are vulnerable to many worms and viruses. Possible explanation, but that doesn't really give them that right to send trojans to anybody.

However, there's the other explanation. Someone modifying the packet headers, spoofing the IP of Microsoft and sending a trojan to me. I wonder how he got my IP address in the first place. I'm not very enlightened about IP spoofing. I did a research on it on the internet, but I still don't get it. If anyone knows more about this please email me with the contact form or post it in the forums.
