Major Ian Mondon who arrived in Dili on 5th of October.
Major Long likewise departed yesterday.
Squadron Leader Phil Rakena arrives to day to
replace Squadron Leader Paul Stockley as Deputy Chief Aviation, PKF.
SQNLDR Stockley departs Dili on the 13th.
"However, with the changes in Aviation Cell including
the appointment of a civilian Deputy Chief Aviation, consideration
is being given to assigning SQDRNLDR Rakena to the vacant
Aviation Liaison Officer position at Sector West Hq,"
said the report.
Current Status of PKF is 96.28% manning
strength as of 5 Oct. There are 164 PKF Hq staff officers.

Ireland advance party is
in Dili since 2 Oct while its main body arrived last 7 Oct, to
replace 1st Contingent who will depart 12 Oct via Darwin.
Nepal has 85 In and 78
Out. Next element on 10
Oct with 71 In and 77 Out with IL-62 UN chartered flights via
Darwin.
Singapore from 9 to 16
Oct with 21 In and 21 Out through RSAF assets to be used out of Dili.
Australia from 10 to 30
Oct with 931 In and 897 Out via HMAS Jervis Bay over 6 sails (Dili-Darwin).
Philippines' October
rotation was deferred until early Dec due to some exigencies. Coming
in 7 or 8 December via Super Ferry.
Republic of Korea from 26
to 30 Oct with 435 In and 435 Out via
UN chartered flights.
