Yes, I know GTStyling says they carry blackouts for a 1991,1992 Colt but doesn't mention the 1989, 1990. There is something these morons never realized (their loss); the headlight assembly never changed from 1989-1992 (US). So if you own a 1989,1990,1991,1992 Colt/Mirage/Summit sedan or hatchback, you can order these. The GTS code is #GT0627S, if they (whom ever you purchase them from) ask for what vehicle it is for, just say it's for a 1991/1992. I have got alot of e-mail about these blackouts so I hope this answers your questions.
