The Rigg Job

The intercooler I took off of a '90 Eclipse Turbo out of the local import junkyard; $75 with all the turbo hoses I wanted.

The I/C after it was cut

Bore hole beside battery dish

I used a hole saw and bored the hole right in front of the intercooler, with my car lowered 1.5" I only have about an inch of clearance on left turns so keep that in mind. This is the second time I have tried to install it, the first time I cut the elbow off of the intake part, if you plan on doing it like this, DON'T cut off the elbow.
It fit in front of the wheel well very nicely like this, it's almost like it was forgotten from the factory. I plan on installing a fan for it soon.

Intake hose to intercooler

I had to butcher my airbox to get the plumbing to fit but I have planned on doing it anyways.

Run hose around battery tray

I had to cut the hoses so they would route around my battery and not interfear with the hose between the blow-off valve and the turbo intake.
I'm not rich and I can't afford to buy fancy hoses and sort so I used exhaust connectors to connect the hoses; worked great.

Another angle

Trim lower elbow

I cut the end of the out pipe because the angle was too great. It's a short distance from there to the blow-off valve and reaching it was fairly easy.

Mount the damn thing!

With the two brakets left holding it in, it doesn't move at all.

My #1 fan
I  Later installed a fan for it and noticed significant improvements.
You can really tell went you put one hand on the IC "in" hose and the
other on the "out" hose, the temperature variation is phenomenal.
