Step-9:The Problem Of Inactive Keywords.

If you set your bid too low, your ads for that keyword will be paused and made inactive.

If you have an account that has always had a high CTR and you launch a new campaign with a moderately
low bid price, you will almost always be fine, and your ads will not be made inactive.

However, if your account has been poorly managed this far (i.e. your CTR has been exceptionally low),
then you may find certain keywords made inactive, even if you bid a fair amount.

This can be a problematic situation, and I refer you to the previous section on ad copy to get out of that hole.

If you want to get out of the problem fast, then you should create a new account and use my copy the
best method. Although new accounts have a poor quality score, it might be better than your old account.
The copy the best method will all but guarantee you a solid CTR, and when you have some history and a high quality score you can start lowering your bids
again.
