1 cup of your favorite mushrooms, sliced |

1 tbs. balsamic vinegar |

1 tbs. white cooking wine |
 |
|
1/2 tsp. dried cilantro |

1 tsp. brown sugar |
Combine the balsamic vinegar, cooking wine, cilantro and brown sugar. Pour this into a Tupperware container or a bowl. Add the sliced mushrooms, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. When you are ready to use them, simply pour the mushrooms and liquid mixture into a sauté pan and sauté for a few minutes or until the mushrooms begin to soften.
These mushrooms are great on steak, chicken breasts, and hamburgers. There is probably a lot more ways to use this recipe. Please let me know any new ways you may have used these mushrooms.
