3 dried apricots |

4 carrots , washed or peeled, sliced diagonally |
Seasoning:

1 tsp. dill weed, divided in half |

1 tbs.brown sugar |
 |
|
2 tbs. margarine divided in half |
 |
|
1/8 tsp. dry mustard |
 |
|
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed |
Slice carrots and place in lightly salted boiling water, with the whole apricots. Boil until the carrots are just tender, not soft! Mix up seasonings, leaving 1 tbs. of margarine, 1/2 tsp. dill weed aside. Place seasonings on carrots, mix . Then add the remaining margarine and dill weed. Enjoy!!
