Easy Sweet Potatoes


•   1 large sweet potato
•   2 tbs.margarine or butter
•   1 tbs. brown sugar
•   1 tbs.olive oil
•   1 tbs. water
Wash the sweet potato very well. Slice the sweet potato from one end to the other. Place in a microwave safe bowl. Combine the four remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour mixture over sweet potatoes. Place in the microwave and set the power at seven and cook for six minutes.
