Cranberry Carrots
6 fl. oz. can of pineapple juice
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3 medium carrots, sliced

Pour the pineapple juice into a saucepan. Place the cranberries and washed carrots into the saucepan. Simmer until the carrots begin to get soft. You want the carrots to still be on the crispy side.
