Welcome to Melancholy Mouse says hello. So I assume that if you are reading this, that you and I share an interest in something that you can find on this site. As you can tell by the banner at the top, my hobbies include Legos, the guitar, Japanese music, juggling, anime, and a bit of photography (as you can tell by the black and white photos). But don't let that fool you. I have many more that I guess could make me even more odd
(like collecting pinky-length antique knives or planning on collecting as many foreign packs of cigarettes as possible).- LEGO - contains claymation-like (except a little more elementary style) movies depicting the lives of Lego people that I make up. This section also contains pictures of my (and maybe sneaked pictures of my older brother's) Lego collections.
- GUITAR - may contain transcribed tablature of guitar music from various sources (magazines, band scores, etc.) that I own.
- MUSIC - anything having to do with Japanese music. Expect reviews (albums, lives, bands), lyrics, artist information, my collection, stuff like that.
- JUGGLING - I'm not quite sure what to put in this section considering that I'm not an exceptionally great (or even good for that matter) juggler, but I do enjoy it and hope to get better at it. So maybe it will just follow my progress or interest in juggling, who knows...
- ANIME - like the music section, it will have reviews, my collection, recommendations and the like.
- RANDOM - self-explanatory. Basically it will contain anything that doesn't fit into the other sections, but that I still want to display or share, like my rants for example.
- ABOUT - reasons and explanations behind the site, who I am, and what I like to do.
- LINKS - any links that I think are worth visiting when you're not browsing mine.
UPDATES
03.15.2006 - A lot of time has passed and I've basically neglected this site, which is fine with me. It's really just a something to do when I get extremely bored, which as you can tell, hasn't happened for a while. But it is spring break for me now and my friends still have school, leaving me with nothing to do, except be bored. I don't think I'm really changing anything or updating anything, more likely deleting some things. Wander around the site if you're curious as to what's been deleted.
11.22.2005 � About three months have passed since I even touched this site. And I can�t even say that I�m doing a major update, because I�m not. That and there�s nothing really to update, except the fact that I�m lacking interest in my current hobbies. I basically spend all my time reading online stories or playing video games. I just really don�t want to work. I�m going to stop right here and put down anything else I have to say on the random page as a rant, because that�s all I really feel like doing lately, besides the previous two things. God damn I hate winter.
08.26.2005 - So I'm currently attending college right now (yes, I'm on the semester system) and it's not so much that I don't have time, but more like I don't have what I need to add new stuff to the site. Until I do have more stuff to post, I'll just update this page and another one that will be called "UPDATES" that will basically be what I did that day. I would call it a blog except it's not. Or maybe it is, who the hell cares anyway.
08.04.2005 - Uploaded the ABOUT page and MUSIC page as well as the CD Review page, Lyric page, and My Collection list within it. Also added a couple of Lego pictures to the LEGO page. Just sit tight.
08.03.2005 - Uploaded the INDEX page and the LEGO page as well as a lego movie, but much of the site is still under heavy construction. So beware of many dead links ahead.
