What's New? March 24, 2001 Story Archive updated again. A new character added to the Members page.

Welcome! The Slayers Epic Role-Playing Game is an e-mail based fanfic writing game. It includes main characters from the Slayers universe, as well as characters that are the original creations of their players. Once the story begins, each player portrays their character within the story setting until the fanfic is completed, wrapping up all plots within. The stories won't conflict or take place during the three main series: Slayers, Slayers NEXT and Slayers TRY... but other than that, anything goes. While events in the story are pretty much open to anything, the main goal is to have fun and create an enjoyable story without sacrificing the involved players' fun. To ensure that, we have some rules laid out, and we have a council whose main focus is to ensure that there is no "powergaming" etc. that jeopardizes the enjoyment for the other players. Play is conducted over a mailing list provided by YahooGroups so if you know that you experience problems with mailing lists in general, or YahooGroups in particular, we highly recommend getting a web based e-mail client such as Hotmail. We prefer to have only one character per e-mail address; however, we will allow two people to share the same e-mail address in special situations. Contact us if you feel this is necessary.
