The RoC line is a standard drugstore brand that can be bought over the counter at anymajor pharmacy and a number of online stores. Their price structure typically reflects this as most of their products are under $30. They are best known for using a high concentration of Retinol in their line, which is a form of Vitamin A that is a non-prescription alternative to the stronger Retinoic Acid prescription product Retin-A. Just like with Retin-A, people seem to have a wide range of results from using Roc products. Because of the very high retinol concentration in some Roc products many people have experienced a great amount of irritation while others with less sensative skin have had excellent results.
