This product line began by promoting itself being based on the ingredient GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid) as a wrinkle-relaxing topical ingredient to give their formulas a Botox alternative quality when applied.  At the time of its conception there was no evidence to support the idea that this neuroinhibiting peptide was efective on the skin (though plenty of evidence discusses its functions in the body), but despite this many people have purchased this line and achieved exccelent results.  Now that some studies are beginning to come out on its use topically it would seem this brand actually was ahead of its time. Those that have submitted reviews did see some immediate success with these products, and it really did seem to have some immediate effects.  Though GABA still has some research more to be done on it as far as how effective it can potentially be in skin care products, it would seem that its future is bright if current reviews are any indication.
However, the major drawback to this line is that this immediate effect seems to be what its mostly about.  There doesnt seem to be much focus on other ingredients besides GABA, as there are no ingredients for stimulating collagen synthesis or antioxidants to combat free radical damage.  Also, the retail price is very high (over $100) for a one ounce jar.  Wed be more apt excuse this if this was the only product line that used GABA in their formulas (or if they used several other active compounds), but there are other lines on the market now that utilize GABA as well as other active ingredients and cost less. So while this line has produced results for those who have used it, we ultimately had to give it a 3 out of 5 rating because of the lack of other anti-aging compounds that would make it more of a "full spectrum" brand.

Typical Price Range
Up to $115 for face products and up to $105 for eye-area products.
