Pulitzer Prize-winning constitutional scholar and Stanford University professor Jack Rakove delivers the Fall 2004 Don Edwards Lecture on "The Curious and Mysterious History of the Electoral College" or "Why Your Vote Doesn't Count." Rakove is also the author of The Unfinished Election of 2000 and Original Meanings.
