| Universal Paints used to provide Silvertree with our paints. Kelly Moore Paints, 8643 West Kelton Ln #105, Peoria, now provides that same service. You may order your paint through them (623.875-5901) they will deliver, at no extra charge, if you give them a day or two notice. The new paint color palette that was approved at the 2008 Annual Meeting are Dunn-Edwards colors and can be found at http://www.dunnedwards.com/retail/content.asp?category=89 be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page in order to use the search feature If you still have questions, please call Tom at AMCOR Property Professionals, Inc, for the correct color codes. |

| We held our Annual Meeting, May 13, 2009 The Board must be doing a terrific job. None of the homeowners felt that they needed to attend. Please note the change in Board positions held.
