Hello to all!
My name is Shamaim Paz, a student
in Levinsky College of education.
I was asked to create my own web
site and so I did. I have found it very interesting and during the process
felt more and more involved.
Since I am to be a teacher next
year I felt it was necessary for me to question my self and my decision to
become a teacher.
As we all know teaching is not
something we do; it is what we are. Being a teacher requires a total
devotion. You have to do it with love and patience. You need to enjoy your
job understanding that you are the one who shapes the next generation.
Teachers have an important mission in their lives. I have heard about
teachers who didn’t believe in change. That is an awful way of thinking!
Every teacher ought to believe in change otherwise she has nothing to do in
this field.
I call upon all teachers and novice
teachers who care! Go through this way in the most positive way you can. Try
to make the best of it. Think of the bad times as obstacles you are going to
overcome and look forward. Don’t give up!
