The easiest way to send any questions or comments to the program's author is to click the Help button at the upper right of the Shaken, not stirred main window, and from the menu that drops down, select About Shaken, not stirred as shown below:


That opens the "About ..." window:

Click the blue-text link just below "Contact author at:" in the illustration above. Then enter your question or comment in the window that opens.

If you want to ask a question without installing the program, you can do it in a minute or two: Download and unzip the manual installation file into a temporary folder on your Desktop. Then run Shaker.exe in that folder, and select Help > About as above to ask your question. That doesn't write anything outside the folder you unzipped to (aside from Microsoft Windows logging your most recently visted folders etc.)

Ask your question the easy way above (strongly recommended), or be paranoid* and read very carefully the hard way instructions below:
* Ha, I understand your paranoia, given how paranoid I am about spammers' web crawler bots sucking my info from my web pages.

If you really want to ask something without downloading, OK I'll set up a way, but sorry I have to add complication to avoid getting myself targeted by too many spammer web bots.
  1. Click the Download link at the upper right of this page (Doesn't download a file, just takes you to the download page).
  2. Remember or copy the name (first and last) of the copyright owner just below the link to download the install file.
  3. Come back to this page.
  4. Look at the image under this numbered list. Read the middle name from the image.
    If you're not sure about some letters in the image, Google "Around the World in 80 Days" for a hint, the protagonist's surname.
  5. Assemble the full name (1st, middle & last), letters only with no spaces. (Case insensitive, e.g. ok if all lowercase)
  6. Click the same image below.
  7. Enter the full name where indicated, and type your question/comment in the message input field.
