| Toilet facilities Bathroom upstairs and cloakroom downstairs, both with step. Cloakroom complete with potty and sparkly toilet seat! |
| Upstairs bedroom used for younger children to have naps but also as a quiet space for older children to do homework, watch TV etc. |
