| A child attending for more than 20 hours a week is considered full time and charged at a lower rate than those attending for 20 hours or less, eg school runs or one or two days a week only. |
| Late collection of children may incur penalty fees if not pre-arranged |
| We are well aware that not all jobs have regular hours and are happy to accommodate flexible needs where possible |
