We are a husband and wife childminding team in Chatteris, Cambs.
We have been together since 1986 and have our own two daughters - Bethany, born 1994 and Katrina, born 2003.
We live on a quiet estate close to parks and open spaces as well as 2 primary schools and several pre-schools
Tracey qualified as a nursery nurse with the NNEB in 1986 and has since worked in just about every childcare setting possible! She also works for the Pre-school Learning Alliance as a Family Engagement Outreach Officer, tutor, NVQ assessor and assessor of their Quality Assurance accreditation scheme for pre-schools.
While Tracey was a nanny, Neil often spent evenings babysitting with her and always had time for the children... one day Tracey realised that he was 10 times more capable than most of her NVQ candidates so an idea was formed...
