Panda-Monium Childcare Services
Experience, Qualifications
and
Courses
We are both educated to O level GCE standard
(hands up who remembers those!!)
We both went on to College - Neil to do Model Making and Tracey to do Nursery Nursing.
Back to About Us
Neil and Tracey have both completed the required courses -
ICP (Introduction to Childminding Practice) + Paediatric First Aid
as well as
Child Protection, Birth to Three Matters and Early Years Foundation Stage
Tracey also holds a certificate in
Basic Food Hygiene
Tracey has the NNEB, Level 4 modules in Social Issues, Supervisory Management and Emotional Development and is a qualified NVQ Assessor. She also has a Diploma in Higher Education after she studied for BA(hons) Education and Community Studies with Linguistics but, although heading for a 1st class degree, unfortunately did not complete the final year for personal reasons.

She has had various
jobs in the last 20 years including supervisor at The Acorn Nursery. Currently, she works for the PLA supporting families in Fenland

Other
experience includes babysitting, Brownie Pack and Guide Unit  Leader, Sunday School teacher, drama and music group leader, party leader.....
Neil has always been very involved in the upbringing of our two daughters. He is confident and competent in all aspects of their care.

He intuitively develops and extends learning experiences and has a calm, relaxed manner.

He will be working alone while Tracey is out visiting for her other role with the PLA  and she is a bit worried that he will do a better job with the children than her.....

This means that we will be working to very high standards and will be continually assessed (without prior warning) to ensure ongoing quality of care.
