| Formed in October of 1937 in Santiago de la Ribera by William Labusi�re with part of the I-16s sent to replace the I-15s. At the end of the year it disbanded after Grupo 71 took over coastal defense duties. There were also coastal defense patrols in Catalonia and Valencia, but these patrols depended on the operative squadrons of Grupo 21. |
