Show Jumping at the Festival.

Our aim is to provide high quality riding and livery facilties to the people of the North East. Both centres endeavour to make riding an exciting and fun activity, and, in a special way, to partake in one of the closest partnerships between the human and animal kingdom - man and his horse!
Riders must be at least four years old and there is no upper age limit, we try to always have a broad and varied horse selection available. Lessons for absolute beginners are available in riding and stable management and after that first step has been taken, we endeavour to provide a wide selection of other equestrian opportunities both for pleasure and competitively. These include hourly hacks, day rides, pub hacks, Horseball for juniors and serious and competitive opportunities up to international level on your own and school horses.

Vaulting: gymnastics on horseback
Vaulting - gymnastics on horseback is an ideal way for younger people to feel true team spirit, with the team of 8 riders learning many skills from balance, tumbling and very complicated hold and stands on a walking or cantering horse!
The Go Riding Group also operates Riding for the Disabled groups, which caters for many levels of diability and encourages riders, young and old, to participate with horses, both on and off their backs at many levels.
Both centres include indoor and outdoor schools and livery facilities. We are open for lessons seven days a week, including evenings and Bank Holidays. So whatever your age, experience or ability, please contact us by 'phone or email.

We hope that you enjoy our web site. If you have any comments, good or bad let us know. We love to get a little praise now and then, but if we are doing something wrong we want to know about it NOW!
