But ruling over them all is a single creature named Bistofro. It is believed that he is the child of a warlock and a witch and that he has powers far greater than any being in Marcala. While his rule isn't very tight on the peasant masses of the countrysides, he uses an iron fist to govern the cities of Marcala, especially Martog, capital city of the lands.
