First let me
say that there are no safe foods. If anything, there low/no
calorie and minimal risk foods. :P
Water:
0 calories. Can quench first, be filling either hot or cold, and
cleanse the body.
Tea:
Great health benefits. I recommend Green and Gingseng.
Soup:
Water + vegetables + poultry(optional) in a broth = yum.
Vegetables:
Enough said.
Fruits:
Especially during season.
