Walking Briskly (30 minutes)

100 - 125 pounds = 132 - 165 calories burned
125 - 150 pounds = 165 - 198 calories burned
150 - 175 pounds = 198 - 231 calories burned
175 - 200 pounds = 231 - 264 calories burned
200 - 225 pounds = 264 - 297 calories burned
225 - 250 pounds = 297 - 330 calories burned

Aerobics (30 minutes)

100 - 125 pounds = 135 - 169 calories burned
125 - 150 pounds = 169 - 203 calories burned
150 - 175 pounds = 203 - 236 calories burned
175 - 200 pounds = 236 - 270 calories burned
200 - 225 pounds = 270 - 304 calories burned
225 - 250 pounds = 304 - 338 calories burned

Dancing [moderate] (30 minutes)

100 - 125 pounds = 114 - 142 calories burned
125 - 150 pounds = 142 - 171 calories burned
150 - 175 pounds = 171 - 200 calories burned
175 - 200 pounds = 200 - 228 calories burned
200 - 225 pounds = 228 - 256 calories burned
