Captain Panic and Stealth Monkey are partners in the world of crime fighting. Captain Panic himself is an honors graduate from the University of Warlords, Heroes and Other Really Elite Specialists (UWHORES) with a degree in criminal beat-downs. Although having scored perfect in classes dealing with strength, agility, athleticism and general nice-guyness, he was often seen struggling in Blood & Guts 101, as well as Not Wetting Your Pants classes. Stealth Monkey is simply an extraordinarily sneaky monkey with a cape. |
