Despite his constant irritating behaviour, his stupidity and ineptness, and his bloodline heritage, somehow FredSamJimBob, or Fred as he is known (due to his volatile reaction of being addressed by his full name), survived the first five minutes of being in the Temple of Maiden Newton. And continued to survive. Teaming up (although the word should be used lightly) with fellow Malkavian antitribu Luthor Delane, Fred has had a varied experience in the city, from learning to cloud-hop and speak the pebble language, to ghouling a Pack comprised entirely of cabbages and a television set. It came as great surprise, then (or perhaps as no surprise at all) that Fred was made Bishop of the city, after Semper Fi�s elevation to Archbishop. Alongside Page 189, Fred�s fellow Bishop, he managed to keep command of the Temple for brief periods of time, and although he has a great tendency to shoot his mouth off at everyone, and attack every stranger he meets without even thinking, Fred has become one of the more popular members of the Temple.
