to head up the QA Team for the Human Resources Systems Group
We are looking for a QA Manager to head up the QA Team for the
Human Resources Systems Group for Wells Fargo & Company. This
individual will have the opportunity to formalize the QA methodologies
and processes across the group as well as build the QA team to better
ensure the quality of all new capabilities prior to putting them
into production.

Minimum Qualifications:
A well qualified candidate would typically have ten or more years
experience in a technology leadership role as well as an undergraduate
degree in technology. A Masters degree in technology or business
is a plus. Other important qualities include: Experience in leading
staff in multiple geographic locations. 7-10 years of testing experience
(both Automated and Manual). A solid working knowledge of Software
Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices in regards to
software testing. A solid understanding of the SDLC (Software Development
Lifecycle). Knowledge with automated testing tools such as WinRunner,
SilkTest, QuickTest and/or Mercury LoadRunner. A proven record of
building effective teams and relationships across organizational
lines. Effective interpersonal and formal communications skills,
including the ability to present complex concepts, options and recommendations
in a manner that supports quality decision making.
