Mary Beth Evans
Newsletter # 6
Dec 1999

Hi! Welcome to the 1999 Holiday Edition of the Evans News. Let me start off by extending Mary Beth's thanks to all of you who are so supportive of her career. It means a lot to her to know of your continued support.

Mary Beth, her sister Debbie and I would like to thank you so much for your participation in the raffle to benefit the Aliso Academy. We raised a little over $1,100 for the school with that raffle. There are always new fundraisers in the works so keep watching. Also, if there is a fundraiser that you would like to see us do, please email it to this address.

Well, since Mary Beth has left General Hospital she has been keeping quite busy. Her last day of taping was the day that she was moving into her new home. Mary Beth has been busy "settling" into her new home as well as taking some classes and auditioning.

This is always a busy time of the year for Mary Beth since she and her family celebrate Hanukkah as well as Christmas (her husband Dr. Michael Schwartz is Jewish). This year she is having a large formal Christmas Eve dinner in her new home. The dinner will include family and a close friend. Michael and Mary Beth's house will definitely be full of the sound of children's laughter that day with eleven children ranging from age thirteen down to two there as well. Mary Beth will plan the menu for the dinner with the others bringing a little something to add to the desert table. Her house will be bustling after Christmas as well since there will be at least 15 out of towners staying with her for the week after Christmas. Mary Beth is also planning to ring in the year 2000 with another bash at her new home.

Here are a few fun recipes for the holidays from Mary Beth:

Rock Candy

Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

Don't forget that while Mary Beth does not have a studio address, her mail is being received at: PO Box 8266
Pittsburgh, PA 15218(
this address is no longer valid, contact EvansNews for the current address)

Mary Beth would like to send out to each of you her wishes for a very happy holiday season and much health and happiness in the new year.

Have a wonderful holiday and a safe and happy new year.
