Unknown to the public, Rod Hull was a pioneer in the ladder trade and invented hundreds upon hundreds of ladders. None of which made it to the shelves, except for one. The Little Giant. This was marketed, produced and then sold out of respect for Rod Hull shortly after he died. After Rod Hull retired from the business that they call show, he became increasingly worried about the safety of people when on ladders, and the actual design of the ladders themselves.

Unfortunately, Rod was up one of his own ladders when he came to his untimely demise. It was his 'Super Duper Electric Ladder' which brought him closer to his god. His wacky invention of an electrically controlled ladder with on board computer, where the person simply stands on the ladder and via the means of a control box can higher or lower the ladder to the desired height.

The on board computer was to counteract any gusts of wind by pushing the ladder into the wind, preventing ladder fall (see life). Unfortunately, Rod passed wind and the computer sensed this as rear wind and pushed Rod into the house, then as the 'wind' stopped, the release of pressure forced the ladder backwards, and down to its periless doom. The irony is that Rod had known about this flaw when designing the 'Super Super Electric Ladder', so in one way, sadly, Rod had predicted his death months before it was to happen. Here is a stolen design that we have got for that exact, unfortunate flaw.

Ironically like Nostradamus' predictions. In one way, an sick homage to The Hull

We can only grieve for The Hull, but to help his EMU farm what we can do is to buy, buy buy, his ladders!!! So to see his brand new ladder that was produced/marketed and sold - The Little Giant - click here:
