Good Day, it's been a while since my last update. Today is the last day of rest for the Tsunami Video Crew. Tomorrow starts our whirlwind of events and projects, both Audio and Visual. Starting tomorrow we will be videotaping the interviews being done for the Veterans History Project, which is seeking to archive the stories of WWII Vets. On Thursday we have a school board meeting, and from there it goes on (For a complete listing of events see my Events Calendar)
Just yesterday I got the Camaro back from the shop and it is running smoo... well, at least it's running. There are still some problems with the cooling fan, the stereo, the fuel gauge, the seals on the windows and T-Tops, etc. I'm going to have to take it to a shop again at least to get the fan fixed, the rest I can probably do myself. Also, somehow the gas tank got locked. But, my key doesn't work in it, so I can't put gas in! Oh well, I made another appointment to get that stuff fixed. Let's hope this is the last one.
Lately I've been working on improving our DJ setup by incorporating music videos in. It's interesting, because not only do we have to find music videos for songs that people will like, but they have to be relatively clean. Those are heard to find in the genre of hip-hop. I'll have to check with the school administration to see what is and isn't acceptable. |
