Some things are too good to just blog. After starting 4 days late, having a week of no work, I did finish my first National Novel Writing Month. 50,000 words in 30 days challenge put forth to millions of people internationally. This year I am one of over 8,000 people who completed this challenge. It is mind blowing to have created something conceptually from scratch and realized it in a 30 simple days and also ego driven. Here are two of my honors.
200410.21
The past weekend, I went to Yosemite, and I got at least one really got a good sketch.
200409.17
Well it's been nearly forever since I've done much here. The good news, I have somewhere we can go to catch late breaking news in my life. We've had it up and running for 2 months but, hey can't be picky.
View my blog
2004053.13
Life always seems to get in my way, nevertheless, the most important news of the day:
(drum roll) Integrity Finally has content! Let the rejoicing begin. In other news, Cow & Toad
Productions seems to be taking up more of my time, but I'm not nearly as worried as I should be
about that.
200404.03
I must be on a roll. I've posted the The Three Architecturally Inclined Piggies
. I hope it is enjoyable.
200403.30
Okay a new poem, the first in 3 months! The Wishing Cloud is now
available to read. I've also been mulling over the idea of setting up a blog. We'll see if I can get around to doing
it after I master CSS. Other blog type considerations are in effect, like posting my rants in Integrity, at least those
that do not fit under Leadership or Devotion. We'll see. If you have an opinion about my blogging opportunities,
mail me.
200403.05
You waited and it's worth it. I updated the written page under
Patience. More stories, plus a way to get the ones that I can't actually post because of content issues. Two new
non-request stories for you, under a series heading of Government. We'll see how the interest in these stories
goes.
200401.31
It's about time I got to updating this. The biggest news on Evolution: The new look. Layout
is more consise. And most importantly, you can bounce back to the top after every piece.
Evolution is now better integrated with RHM Designs Networks. This also meant that
RHM Designs Networks got a new look too. On top of that, only one major domain now houses the two
sites. I went with geocities because it has a better tracking system. I can see how many people
hit the site in a month, the type of browser and resolution being used. This way I have more control
over what I post to optimise for my viewers.
Content changes include posting the first twenty (20) chapters of a novel called
Putting It On The Line and yet another poem, listed as Untitled. They can be found in
Patience . I've also now included mouse overs in the main navigation.
And for those of you who are wondering, new graphics are still indevelopment, more content,
particularlly that in Patience will be added. More stories coming soon.
200307.08
Okay some major updates here, I've put another poem in Patience,
added the stories I've been working on. I've also added a new essay,
The Importance of Being Emailed.
Cow & Toad is knee deep in creating the new
video for APX, Due out in October. Stay tuned for the release of all new graphics here in
Evolution.
200303.19
Well, Candel Journey is FINALLY done. Now I have to write the liner notes for the 'director's
cut. I released a bit of notes to go with it, but I forgot half of what I really wanted to say, then
I realized that over half of that couldn't be public information. But at least this has given me time
to update my website. Also, check Patience for a new Ode to
Architecture. The biggest news: my impending return to Los Angeles. If I've told you, then you know
I'm coming. If I haven't told you, you probably aren't on the list.
200204.12
Productive, aren't I. I've got a really cool bit of ego on my desktop. !)
200204.11
Well I'm back from a fairly moderate career fair at USC. I got back together with a few friends.
I can't say that I'm enthused at the prospects on the horizon of Architecture. While all the firms
seem to want to hire, they only seem to be able to hire 1-2 graduates and want 50 people who are
liscienced. Can't blame them, but in the mean time am I chopped liver? I've also fixed a few errors,
posted a guest book and a poll. I've posted stuff more stuff to Devotion,
since the last entry of what's new here, I've posted stuff in Leadership.
There's some things in Patience I haven't posted the updated works yet.
There is a new look to how I'm going to post things there. I've just been too darned lazy and
unemployed to really care. Granted this is not a good feeling as probably my lack of care is the
number one reason why I'm still unemployed. Hm. Off to do more interviews.

Why the change from RHM? Well, very simply, the original launch date of RHM at
http://www.angelfire.com/ca7/rhmdesigns
in September was rather incomplete. There were issues surrounding the launch of the site stemming
from incompletion and then I figured I should be doing something to actually promote myself as I've
been sitting on my bum for quite a while. Evolution is the site I get to have fun with. There are no
strings with this the site. Technology is divided into sections to clarify this site. I hope you enjoy
Evolution. I enjoyed rediscovering my love of graphics and HTML.

Q: What is the point of this site?
A:Evolution is my personal marketing site. I test things here that may be used else where.
You notice that this page seems comparatively "low tech". Well maybe it is, perhaps it isn't.
There will be things here that I will post that I do not believe belong on my other website
RHM Designs Network
Q: What do all of the headings mean? You know "Devotion", "Leadership", and so on?
A: Over all the site is based on six qualities of character I believe I have and use these
topics to demonstrate them. As for the content under these titles, I have placed certain links and
information under these headings. Each section contains a short bite of what I view these qualities
are to me, and then provide elements that are as pertainent as possible. Sometimes I streach them.
I ramble-here let me tell you what is in each category.
| Devotion |
My personal position on things and people in my life and my sense of priorities |
| Leadership |
Leadership qualities, short quotes on leadership. |
| Integrity | TBA |
| Patience | Sample of some work |
| Humor | Things I find funny. |
| Technology | Information about the site all contained in a clichish subtitles:
Technique, Technitian, and Technical. |
Q: How do I contact you?
A: Email. [email protected]
Q: Will you build me a website?
A: Only if you pay me. I'm not kidding. If you do like what you see, please
email me. Escribo y leando en espanol tambien.
(I write and read in Spainish.) For other languages, you'll have to find someone else. I will provide
you code. You will provide me a check in United States dollars for all the work I do. Cost will vary
on what you want. We can talk if you're interested.
Q: Can I use your graphics A: No. Sorry. And a word of warning, I'm VERY good at
hunting down my work. If you ask nicely, I'll be able to create some graphics for you, and chances
are they will be cooler as I will most likely be charging you. See "Will you build me a website?"
Once again price will vary.
Q: Are there more questions about this site?
A: Yes. I don't know all the questions yet. So there's no reason for me to know all the
answers.
