This is the photo illustrated journey of our son Nolan. He was born 3 months early, 27 weeks gestation - 490 grams, while we were on vacation in Texas. Nolan has been in three different hospitals for a total of over 7 months now. Though his journey and ours has been difficult, it has been well worth it.
