Bookings

1. Please fill in the booking form with all of your details, including the dates required. Ensure that you have enclosed your correct e-mail address or fax number !
2. Provided your booking  form is correctly completed, we will send you confirmation of your booking by e-mail or fax within 48 hours.
3. If you have not received our confirmation within 48 hours please check your details and send them again. They could be incorrect or a problem may have occurred in their transmission.
4. If several requests are made for the apartment during the same period, then it will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
5. After you receive our acknowledgement of your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit, generally 30% of the total cost, and the balance is payable, in Euros (cash) or Travellers' Cheques, upon your arrival. In peak periods we may ask for the balance one month before your arrival. This can be done by bank transfer. When you do this, could you kindly fax us a copy of the transaction. Details of where to send your bank transfer can be found in our initial confirmation letter.
6. Please do not send cash!
7. If we do not  receive your deposit within 10 days of our confirmation, we will cancel your booking unless alternative arrangements have been previously agreed.
8. When we receive your deposit, your reservation will be acknowledged with an e-mail giving you a confirmation of your payment of a deposit and information as to how to find the flat from the Airport, the Railway Station and from the motorway.
